Sample is for checking the quality of products before mass production in business. Before you place order for mass production, you may ask samples for check.

1.For some common pet items, samples are free if total amount is below 3 pieces. But you have to pay the transportation at least, or you have the express account, like FEDEX, DHL etc. About how to pay the transportation, please check Payment.
2.For special samples, such as the ones you want us to customize as per your request (OEM Service), we will charge sample fee for production cost to make samples. Under this condition, you still need pay transportation.
3.If you place sample order (total amount is below 20pcs), you will get the prices which might be higher than wholesale prices.

The above conditions apply to the new clients who conducting business with us for the first time. For our long term clients, we will send samples for free all the time.
